For most games, via trade. Games that can't trade will be sent via the game sending system, or in any way you can get it.
2. How do i know if you are not a scam?
Why should i scam you? I got money and currency, no need to be so *ya know*?

For most case, within 24 hours. For large orders, up to 36 hours.
